About to WRUC 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Water Resources and Urban Construction (WRUC 2026) is about to be held in the central city of Chengdu in southwestern China. This conference will focus on the latest developments in civil engineering, water conservancy engineering, and urban construction, aiming to promote innovative development in these fields and contribute to building a safer, greener, and more livable urban environment. The conference will be themed "Innovation Leading, Building the Future Together", covering a wide range of topics from basic theories to practical applications, including but not limited to structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, bridge engineering, water resources management, urban planning, sustainable development, etc. Through a series of keynote speeches, thematic discussions, technology exhibitions, and poster displays, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of new technologies and methods in these fields, and exchange their research findings and practical experiences. In addition, a special forum for young scholars will be set up at this conference to encourage the younger generation to showcase their research achievements and innovative thinking, and stimulate more new thinking and solutions about civil engineering, architecture, and urban construction. All full paper submissions to the WRUC 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of WRUC 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to wruc@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
